By your use of this payment site you request and authorize us to process the transaction(s) you are submitting.  Your transaction(s) may be electronically processed and may be charged to or debited from your account as early as the next business day depending on the time of day your payment is being made.  In the unlikely event that a payment submitted by check is returned unpaid, we may elect to electronically (or by paper draft) re-present your check up to two more times.  You understand that your payment is expected to be good funds at the time submitted by you and that we may collect a return processing charge by the same means, in an amount not to exceed that as permitted by law.  In Texas that amount will be $30.00 per return.
